CK-MB Test is a test that is used to measure the enzyme Creatine Kinase (CK) MB in the blood. This test is also called as CPK (Creatine phosphokinase) MB test. CK MB is an enzyme that is found in cells of muscles of the heart. CK MB enzyme is also found in skeletal muscles, however in small quantity. This test measures the reasons for elevated levels of CK MB enzymes in the body and the reasons for it.
