Ibuprofen and Paracetamol are pain relievers which work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorzoxazone, present in Flexon MR, acts as a muscle relaxant at the center of the brain and spinal cord to relax the muscle stiffness and spasm, enabling the movements of the muscles.
