Swasthfit Total Iron Check entails of 55 parameters that comprehensively check for the any infections, conditions, or disease related to various vital organs of the body. The test is used to screen various organs such as heart, kidney, thyroid, and liver against any disease that might be a result of deficiency of iron in the body.

Preparations

Preparations before the Test

The test requires a mandatory 12 hour fasting which is the sole mandatory preparation before the test. Any other preparation before the test would be the discretion of the lab technician or doctor.

 

Sample Type for the Test

The test requires a blood sample to be drawn from the body of the individual. A blood sample is drawn from the vein present inside of the arm of the individual which is then sent for further testing.

 

Precautions

The test requires no special or mandatory precautions to be taken before the test. If any precautions are to be taken, the lab technician would communicate the same to the individuals being tested.
